At Kraken & Co., we are committed to delivering your custom-made bags in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping and delivery policy below.
1. Processing Time
As each bag is custom-made to your specifications, please allow up to 10 business days for the production of your order. Once your order is completed, it will be dispatched for shipping.
2. Shipping Method
We use Australia Post as our trusted shipping partner for all deliveries. Australia Post offers both standard and express shipping options, depending on your selected delivery method at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select. The total shipping cost will be included in the final amount before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method and your location. Deliver time estimates will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors such as location, customs processing, or weather conditions.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery via the Australia Post website.
6. Delivery Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including Australia Post’s delivery network and third-party disruptions. We are not responsible for any delays caused by these factors.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you with tracking the parcel.
7. Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and complete. We are not liable for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Shipping Outside Australia
Currently, we offer shipping to International Locations. Delivery times and costs for international orders will vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
9. Australian Consumer Law
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if you experience any issues with your delivery, including lost or damaged goods, please contact us within a reasonable time frame. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights, including offering repairs, replacements, or refunds for faulty or damaged items.
10. Returns and Exchanges
As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
