2. Custom Orders
All products sold on our website are custom-made. As such, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed if the order has been processed. You are responsible for ensuring that all details, including size, colour, design, and shipping address, are correct before confirming your order.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard & PayPal. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to Australia Wide and Internationally through Australia Post. Shipping times will vary based on your location and the complexity of your custom order. All orders will be shipped according to the shipping method selected during checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
6. Australian Consumer Law and Your Rights
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if the goods you have purchased are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description provided. If you believe the product you received is faulty, please contact us immediately within a reasonable time frame.
Custom-made items that have been personalized (such as name, size, colour, or design) are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.

As our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or not as described. If you have received a defective item or if there was an error with your order, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a solution according to Australian Consumer Law.
